RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0531 (Co - Sponsors: Committee on Finance and Appropriations and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE THREE-YEAR LEGISLATIVE AGENDA FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022-2025 OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL" WHEREAS, in line with the 14th City Council's thrust to provide more receptive and pro-active service within the next three (3) years, the Sangguniang Panlungsod have formulated a Three-Year Legislative Agenda for Calendar Year 2022-2025 that will serve as master-plan in trailing its dream and vision; WHEREAS, such document, upon careful scrutiny and evaluation, have been found to contain such measures, plans, programs and priorities that will substantially address the development objectives of the City and strengthen the foundation of enacting laws and policies as priority for the constituents, for the next three (3) year period; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts the Three-Year Legislative Agenda for Calendar Year 2022-2025 of the 14th City Council RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Department of the Interior and Local Government through the City Local Government Operations Officer, the City Planning and Development Coordinator, and the Honorable City Mayor, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
