RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0513 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry and Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE CITIZEN'S CHARTER OF THE PERMITS AND LICENSE DIVISION-OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR" WHEREAS, in compliance with the mandate under Republic Act No. 9485 otherwise known as the "Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007" as amended by Republic No. 11032 otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018," the Permits and License Division of the Office of the City Mayor has formulated their office' Citizen's Charter which is aimed to provide the local residents with an accurate and transparent delivery of basic services; WHEREAS, such Citizen's Charter is required to be institutionalized thus this body, in consideration of the favorable recommendation of the concerned Committees--to which the foregoing matter was initially referred--deems it most appropriate and in order to adopt and approve the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to adopt and approve, as this body hereby adopts and approves the Citizen's Charter of the Permits and License Division--Office of the City Mayor. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the City Permits and License Division-Office of the City Mayor, for their information, guidance and reference.
