"A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 14th CITY COUNCIL TO THE 2023 PCL WEEK CELEBRATION ON SEPTEMBER 2020-22, 2023 AT PAVILION HALL, PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CENTER (PGC), DAO, THIS CITY, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 49TH REGULAR SESSION TO SEPTEMBER 27, 2023"

WHEREAS, the Philippine Councilor's League (PCL)-Zamboanga del Sur Chapter is scheduled to hold the 2023 PCL Week Celebration on September 2020-22, 2023 at the Pavilion Hall, Provincial Government Center, Dao, Pagadian City, with the theme: "PCL: Synergy of Creative Programs and Best Practices Towards Global Collaboration;"

WHEREAS, considering the foregoing activity to be equally important and with great bearing particularly on the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of local legislators, the members of the 14th City Council are scheduled to attend/participate the same, hence, the body deems necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking which therefore will necessitate the resetting of the 49th Regular Session to September 27, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it 
RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 14th City Council to the 2023 PCL Week Celebration on September 2020-22, 2023 at Pavilion Hall, Provincial Government Center (PGC), Dao, this city, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week thereby, in effect, resetting the 49th Regular Session to September 27, 2023.
