RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0502 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, S. 2023 (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF DUMAGOC, THIS CITY, INVOLVING AN APPROPRIATION OF FIFTY THOUSAND (P50,000.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Dumagoc enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, s. 2023 (Supplemental Budget No. 1) involving the amount of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve and declare, as this body hereby approves and declares as operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2023 (Supplemental Budget No. 1) of the Sangguniang Barangay of Dumagoc, this city, involving an appropriation of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Dumagoc, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
