RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0495 (Sponsor: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications and Franchising) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 03-2023 OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF NAPOLAN, THIS CITY, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A CURFEW FOR MINORS WITHIN THE BARANGAY NAPOLAN, PAGADIAN CITY AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Napolan, this City, enacted Barangay Ordinance 03-2023, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing A Curfew for Minors Within the Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City and providing Penalties for Violation Thereof" and submitted the same to this august body pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 7160 for review and confirmation through its Resolution No. 13, s. 2023; WHEREAS, the Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications and Franchising, to which the foregoing Barangay Ordinance was referred jointly for initial consideration, found the same in order in form and substance and thus, recommended for its confirmation, which recommendation was supported by the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity of Barangay Ordinance No. 03-2023 of the Barangay Council of Napolan, this city, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing A Curfew for Minors Within the Barangay Napolan, Pagadian City and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof." RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Barangay Council of Napolan through its Punong Barangay, for information and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
