RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0493 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 2000, SERIES OF 2019, OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF DAO, THIS CITY, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIFIED/STANDARD OF BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE AND OTHER BARANGAY FEES AND CHARGES IN BARANGAY DAO, PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Dao, this City, enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 2000, s. 2019, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending the Unified/Standard of Barangay Clearance Fee and Other Barangay Fees and Charges in Barangay Dao, Pagadian City" and submitted the same to this august body pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 7160 for review and confirmation; WHEREAS, the Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Finance and Appropriations, to which the foregoing Barangay Ordinance was referred jointly for initial consideration, found the same in order in form and substance and thus, recommended for its confirmation, which recommendation was supported by the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity of Barangay Ordinance No. 2000, series of 2019 of the Barangay Council of Dao, this city, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending the Unified/Standard of Barangay Clearance Fee and other Barangay Fees and Charges in Barangay Dao, Pagadian City." RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Barangay Council of Dao through its Punong Barangay, for information and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
