RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0488 (Sponsor: Committee on Planning and Landed Estates) "A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO THE SANTO NINO HOUSING PROJECT (RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SUBDIVISION HOUSING LOT INVOLVING LOT NO. 1, BLOCK 12, COVERED BY TCT NO. T-51,854, AND LOT NO. 57, BLOCK 11, COVERED BY TCT NO. T-51,834, CONTAINING A TOTAL LAND AREA OF 8,690 SQUARE METERS, WITH 50 LOTS/UNITS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY SANTO NINO, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the Santo Nino Housing Project, represented by Ms. Maria Merly J. Daquio, has filed before this august body an application for Final Approval & Development Permit over a Subdivision Project involving Lot No. 1, Block 12, covered by TCT No. T-51,854 and Lot No. 57 Block 11, covered by TCT No. T-51,834, both situated at Barangay Santo Nino, this City; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body through the Committee on Planning and Landed Estates, in coordination of the City Planning and Development Office, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to grant, as this body hereby grants Final Development Permit to the Santo Nino Housing Project (Residential Subdivision) for the development of a Subdivision Housing Lot, involving Lot No. 1, Block 12, covered by TCT No. T-51,854, and Lot No. 57, Block 11, covered by TCT No. T-51,834, containing a total land area of 8,690 square meters, with 50 lots/units, situated at Barangay Santo Nino, this City, as herein specified, to wit: Owner : Santo Nino Housing Project, represented by Ms. Maria Merly J.
