RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0486 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 01, S. 2023, (CY-2023 ANNUAL BUDGET) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF LOWER SIBATANG, THIS CITY, TO BE OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lower Sibatang enacted Appropriation Bill No. 01, s. 2023 (CY-2023 Annual Budget) involving the amount of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand (P2,720,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Bill No. 01, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares Appropriation Bill No. 01, s. 2023 (CY-2023 Annual Budget) of the Sangguniang Barangay of Lower Sibatang, this City, to be operative and in full force and effect. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Lower Sibatang, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
