"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE HALF LANE OF THE EASTERN PORTION OF J.P. RIZAL AVENUE FROM JUNCTION F.S. PAJARES AVENUE AND GOV. J. ARIOSA STREET (FRONTING THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER MALL) ON AUGUST 2023-25, 2023, FOR USE AS TRADE FAIR AND EXHIBIT OF LOCAL PRODUCTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE 32ND MINDANAO BUSINESS CONFERENCE (MINBIZCON)"
WHEREAS, in line with the hosting of the 32nd Mindanao Business Conference (MINBIZCON) on August 2023-25, 2023, at Pagadian City, the Pagadian-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (PZCCIFI), by way of a letter, sought for the temporary closure of the half lane of the eastern portion of J.P. Rizal Avenue from junction F.S. Pajares Avenue and Gov. J. Ariosa Street (fronting the City Commercial Center Mall) for use in the staging of a trade fair and exhibit of local products; 
WHEREAS, this body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing request, deems it in order and appropriate to approve the temporary closure of the afore-mentioned road segment, hence, this passage; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it 
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the temporary closure of the half lane of the eastern portion of J.P. Rizal Avenue from junction F.S. Pajares Avenue and Gov. J. Ariosa Street (fronting the City Commercial Center Mall) on August 2023-25, 2023, for use as trade fair and exhibit of local products in connection with the 32nd Mindanao Business Conference (MINBIZCON).
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; the Chief of Police, Pagadian City Police Office, attn.: the Chief, Traffic Management Section; the Head, Road Traffic Management Office, City Mayor's Office; and the City Engineer, for their information, guidance and reference.
