Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY FORWARDING TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR THE LETTER-REQUEST FROM THE PAGADIAN CITY-ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY FOUNDATION, INCORPORATED (PZCCIFI), FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE HALF-LANE OF RIZAL AVENUE FRONTING THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3), FROM AUGUST 2022-25, 2023, FOR USE AS EXTENDED VENUE OF THE TRADE FAIR, IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOSTING OF THE 32ND MINDANAO BUSINESS CONFERENCE (MINBIZCON) IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, FOR HIS APPROPRIATE ACTION AND/OR DISPOSITION" WHEREAS, Ms. Hazel J. Lu, President, Pagadian City-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI), Mr. Pedro Rufu N. Soliven, Co-Chairman, Regional Governor for Western Mindanao, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr. Arturo M. Milan, Conference Chairman, Area Vice-President for Mindanao, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, by way of a letter-request, sought for the closure of the half-lane of Rizal Avenue fronting the City Commercial Center (C3), from August 2022-25, 2023, to be used as extended venue of the Trade Fair of the 32nd Mindanao Business Conference in the City of Pagadian; WHEREAS, this body, after finding the foregoing matter could be best addressed by the City Chief Executive, deems it appropriate and in order to officially forward the said letter-request to the Honorable City Mayor for his appropriate action and/or disposition; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to respectfully forward, as this body hereby respectfully forwards to the Honorable City Mayor the letter-request from the Pagadian City-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI), for the closure of the half-lane of Rizal Avenue fronting the City Commercial Center (C3), from August 2022-25, 2023, for use as extended venue of the Trade Fair, in connection with the hosting of the 32nd Mindanao Business Conference (MINBIZCON) in the City of Pagadian, for his appropriate action and/or disposition. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for immediate favorable consideration; and to the Pagadian City-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI), through its President, Ms. Hazel J.
