RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0456 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Finance and Appropriations and Committee on Education, Science and Technology & Accreditation of NGOs and POs) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 040, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-548, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF PROFESSOR II, SG-25 IN THE PAGADIAN CITY INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE (PCIC), THIS CITY, DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 040 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public and thus merit the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 040, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-548, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Position of Professor II, SG-25 in the Pagadian City International College (PCIC), this city, Defining its Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.
