RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0453 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 039 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THREE (3) CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS (PRIMARILY CONFIDENTIAL IN NATURE) AND TWO (2) REGULAR POSITIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR; DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 039; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 039 entitled: "An Ordinance creating Three (3) co-terminus Positions (primarily confidential in nature) and Two (2) Regular Positions under the Office of the City Mayor; defining its duties, functions, and responsibilities; and appropriating funds therefor," and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
