RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0451 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Accreditation of NGO's and PO's) "A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF CIVIL ENGINEERS, INCORPORATED, AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION EXISTING AND OPERATING IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Incorporated, a non-government organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), applied for accreditation with the Sangguniang Panlungsod so as to enable it to pursue its partnership with the City Government by enhancing social responsibility and community involvement of Civil Engineers in the City of Pagadian; WHEREAS, the body, after a diligent consideration of the recommendation of the Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Accreditation of NGO's and PO's, to which the foregoing concern was initially referred, finds the foregoing application in order after having complied with all documentary requisites sought for under City Ordinance No. 2010-304 and other laws relating to the accreditation of non-government, people's and other organizations; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to accredit and recognize, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Incorporated, as a non-government organization existing and operating in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Incorporated; to the Honorable City Mayor; and to the DILG through the City Local Government Operations Officer, Ms. Maribel C.
