RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0445 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 035 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-545, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SET OF POLICY GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE PROVISIONS OF ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS SITUATION (AICS) IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 035 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve on Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 035 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-545, entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a set of policy guidelines governing the provisions of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) in the City of Pagadian.
