RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0421 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science & Technology & Accreditation of NGOs & POs) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 036, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2015-347 KNOWN AS "AN ORDINANCE SETTING A REVISED STANDARD FOR THE QUALIFICATION, ACCREDITATION, MONITORING, AND EVALUATION OF NON-GOVERNMENT PEOPLES AND PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN PARTICULARLY SECTION 5, PARAGRAPH (A) BY ADDING AN ITEM NO. 9 THEREIN", AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 036; WHEREAS, following a thorough deliberation on the said draft, this body finds the same to have thoroughly addressed the perceived needs and concerns thus allowing its consideration in the next stage of the legislative mill is imperative at this point; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 036, entitled: "An Ordinance Repealing City Ordinance No. 2015-347 known as "An Ordinance Setting A Revised Standard For The Qualification, Accreditation, Monitoring, And Evaluation Of Non-Government Peoples And Private Sector Organizations In The City Of Pagadian Particularly Section 5, Paragraph (A) By Adding An Item No. 9 Therein," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
