Fernandez) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 031 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-540, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PRACTICE OF TRADITIONAL HOME DELIVERIES OR DELIVERY ATTENDED BY PALTERA (TRADITIONAL BIRTH ATTENDANT) IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 031 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, this body deems it prim and proper to approve the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 031 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-540, entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting The Practice Of Traditional Home Deliveries Or Delivery Attended By Paltera (Traditional Birth Attendant) In The City Of Pagadian And Imposing Penalties For Violation Thereof.
