RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0391 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 03, S. 2023 (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF SAN JOSE, THIS CITY, INVOLVING AN APPROPRIATION OF SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND (P600,000.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of San Jose enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 3, s. 2023 (Supplemental Budget No. 2) involving the amount of Six Hundred Thousand (P600,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve and declare as operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Ordinance No. 3, s. 2023 (Supplemental Budget No. 2) of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Jose, this city, involving an appropriation of Six Hundred Thousand (P600,000.00) Pesos. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of San Jose, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
