"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OF THE HEREIN SPECIFIED OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (DFA) FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF THE DFA-CONSULAR OFFICE IN PAGADIAN CITY AND, AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DEED OF DONATION RELATIVE THERETO"
WHEREAS, with the establishment and operation of a DFA-Consular Office in Pagadian City, the City Government of Pagadian is committed to extend all necessary assistance to the DFA through the provision of various office equipment and furniture for their office use;
WHEREAS, in order to effectively and efficiently pursue the same, there is a need to formalize the extension of such assistance through a Deed of Donation, such that the Honorable City Mayor has sought for legislative authority to sign such deed for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian--which request, after careful perusal and evaluation by this august body, has been found meritorious and worthy of support, hence, this passage; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the donation of the following office equipment and furniture to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for use in the operation of the DFA-Consular Office in Pagadian City, as specified hereunder, to wit:

RESOLVED, FURTHER, to authorize the Honorable City Mayor to sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the Deed of Donation related thereto.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his favorable consideration; to the City Legal Officer; and to the Department of Foreign Affairs through Undersecretary Jesus S. Domingo, Civilian and Consular Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs, 2330 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
