RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0359 (Sponsor: Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 023, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-472, ENTITLED:"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION OF FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF FORTY PESOS (P40.00) INTENDED FOR THE ISSUANCE OF VINYL PLASTIC IDENTIFICATION CARDS (ID) FOR THE NEWLY REGISTERED SENIOR CITIZENS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN"" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 023 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolves to approve on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 023, entitled: "An Ordinance repealing City Ordinance No. 2021-472, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for collection of fees in the amount of Forty Pesos (P40.00) intended for the issuance of vinyl plastic Identification Cards (ID) for the newly registered senior citizens in the City of Pagadian.
