Fernandez) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO DONATE A PORTION OF A CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT 446-J-A, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 131-2022000593, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 4,901.66 SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY MANGA, THIS CITY, TO THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES (CAAP) FOR USE AS RELOCATION SITE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES/PERSONNEL WHO WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE PAGADIAN CITY AIRPORT EXPANSION" WHEREAS, the City Government of Pagadian through the Honorable City Mayor and, by virtue of the authority from the Sangguniang Panlungsod through Resolution No. 2021-1024, purchased and acquired a parcel of land known as Lot No. 446-J-A covered by OCT No. O-1,794, containing an area of 9,168 square meters, situated at Barangay Manga, this city, purposely to be used as relocation site for the transferring employees/personnel of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP); WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter-request, sought for authority to donate a portion of the above-mentioned parcel of land known as Lot 446-J-A, containing an area of 4,901.66 square meters for use as relocation site of the CAAP's employees who will be affected by the Pagadian City Airport Expansion; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, this body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing request, deems it imperative to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority to donate the said parcel of land, for and in behalf of the City Government, for the said purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to donate a portion of the City Government-owned parcel of land known as Lot 446-J-A, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2022000593, containing an area of 4,901.66 square meters, situated at Barangay Manga, this city, to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) for use as relocation site of their employees who will be affected by the Pagadian City Airport expansion. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action; the City Legal Officer; to Area Manager Antonio B. Ildefonso, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Tuburan District, Pagadian City; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
