"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 022 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-534, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING AS "ATTY. LUIS A. BERSALES, JR. STREET" THE UNNAMED ROAD STRETCH FROM JUNCTION J. P. RIZAL AVENUE UP TO JUNCTION B. F. ARAO AVENUE (KNOWN AS MEDINA COLLEGE AREA), IN BARANGAY BULATOK, THIS CITY""


WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 022 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken;

WHEREAS, this body, following the amendment/modification in the title of the said draft Ordinance, and considering the necessity of the proposed measure, deems it prim and proper to approve the same;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it

RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 022 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-534, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming As "Atty. Luis A. Bersales, Jr. Street" the Unnamed Road Stretch from Junction J. P. Rizal Avenue up to Junction B. F. Arao Avenue (Known as Medina College Area), in Barangay Bulatok, this city".
