LUIS A, BERSALES"" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 022 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 022, entitled: "An Ordinance officially naming as "Atty. Luis A. Besales Street" the road from Medina College area to North Diversion Road in Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City, to honor the services, leadership and good deeds of atty. Luis A. Bersales".
