Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (DHSUD), AND THE HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND, WITH REFERENCE TO THE "PAMBANSANG PABAHAY PARA SA PILIPINO: ZERO ISF PROGRAM FOR 2028" WHEREAS, consistent with the thrust of the national government to address the housing needs of over Six Million by 2028, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) launched its flagship program in the year 2022 known as: "Pambansang Pabahay Para Sa Pilipino: Zero ISF Program for 2028;" WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian has been identified as one of the recipients of the program, for which the City Government of Pagadian is collaborating with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), and the Home Development Mutual Fund also known as Pag-Ibig Fund for the implementation of the said program; WHEREAS, to hasten the pursuance of the foregoing project and as a requisite for the release of such funds, there is that need to formalize such terms and conditions as well as the respective responsibilities of the concerned agencies through a Memorandum of Agreement, thus, authorizing the City Mayor to enter and represent the City Government of Pagadian in the formulation of such deed is imperative; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to enter, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), and the Home Development Mutual Fund, with reference to the "Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino: Zero ISF Program for 2028." RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, for his immediate favorable action; to the City Legal Officer, and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and reference.
