RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0330 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 03, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX MILLION SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-TWO PESOS AND FIFTEEN CENTAVOS (P366,007,892.15) AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, following the approval for the referral of Supplemental Budget No. 2, CY 2023, of the City Government of Pagadian involving a total amount of Three Hundred Sixty-Six Million Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and 15/100 (P366,007,892.15) to the Committee on Finance & Appropriations, the same Supplemental Budget No. 2 was presented by the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance & Appropriations for consideration on Second Reading; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body deems the same sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, entitled: "An Ordinance declaring the Sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Six Million Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and 15/100 (P366,007,892.15) as Available for Appropriation pursuant to the Certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and Appropriating the same amount for specified priority programs, projects and expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian," and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
