"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 019, AUTHORED BY HONORABLE ANN MARJORIE N. REVELO, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING A CO-TERMINUS POSITION OF ONE (1) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT V, SALARY GRADE 24, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR," ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" 

WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 019 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it 
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 019, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating a Co-Terminus Position of One (1) Executive Assistant V, Salary Grade 24, under the Administrative Division of the Office of the City Mayor, Defining Its Duties, Functions, Responsibilities and Appropriating Funds Therefor," on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third Reading.
