RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0264 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Ecology and Committee on Health & Social Services) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 002 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-530, ENTITLED: " AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEPTAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 002, authored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Septage Management System For The City Of Pagadian, Prescribing Penalties For Violations Thereof And For Other Purposes," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 002 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-530, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Septage Management System For The City Of Pagadian, Prescribing Penalties For Violations Thereof And For Other Purposes."
