Revelo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 020 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-529, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ADJUSTMENT/INCREASE IN THE DAILY MINIMUM WAGE OF CASUAL EMPLOYEES CHARGED TO SAVINGS OR JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (P351.00) PESOS, EFFECTIVE MARCH 01, 2023 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 020, sponsored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, has been thoroughly considered on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicality, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 020 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-529, Entitled: "An Ordinance Approving The Adjustment/Increase In The Daily Minimum Wage Of Casual Employees Charged To Savings Or Job Order Employees Of The City Government Of Pagadian To Three Hundred Fifty-One (P351.00) Pesos, Effective March 01, 2023 And Appropriating Funds Therefore."
