Revelo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 018 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-528, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RECALLING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-525, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ADJUSTMENT/INCREASE IN THE DAILY MINIMUM WAGE OF CASUAL EMPLOYEES CHARGED TO SAVINGS OR JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (P351.00) PESOS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 03, 2023, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE"' WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 018, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, entitled: "An Ordinance Recalling City Ordinance No. 2023-525, entitled: An Ordinance Approving the Adjustment/Increase in the Daily Minimum Wage of Casual Employees Charged to Savings or Job Order Employees of the City Government of Pagadian to Three Hundred Fifty-One (P351.00) pesos, Effective January 03, 2023, and Appropriating Funds Therefore", was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 018, on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-528, entitled: "An Ordinance Recalling City Ordinance No. 2023-525, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving the Adjustment/Increase in the Daily Minimum Wage of Casual Employees Charged to Savings or Job Order Employees of the City Government of Pagadian to Three Hundred Fifty-One (P351.00) pesos, Effective January 03, 2023, and Appropriating Funds Therefore."
