Revelo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 018, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RECALLING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-525, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ADJUSTMENT/INCREASE IN THE DAILY MINIMUM WAGE OF CASUAL EMPLOYEES CHARGED TO SAVINGS OR JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (P351.00) PESOS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 03, 2023, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 018 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 018, entitled: "An Ordinance Recalling City Ordinance No. 2023-525, entitled: An Ordinance Approving the Adjustment/Increase in the Daily Minimum Wage of Casual Employees Charged to Savings or Job Order Employees of the City Government of Pagadian to Three Hundred Fifty-One (P351.00) pesos, Effective January 03, 2023, and Appropriating Funds Therefore," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
