Co) "A RESOLUTION RECALLING AND RENDERING INEFFECTIVE RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0155, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO EXTEND RELIEF ASSISTANCE TO THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL AND THE CITY OF OZAMIZ--A LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT PRESENTLY UNDER A STATE OF CALAMITY DUE TO HEAVY FLOODING AND LANDSLIDE BROUGHT ABOUT BY INTENSE RAINS FROM SHEAR LINE"" WHEREAS, this body, during its 20th Regular Session held on 04 January 2023, adopted Resolution No. 2023-0155 which, in gist, authorized the Honorable City Mayor to extend relief assistance to the Province of Misamis Occidental and the City of Ozamis that was under state of calamity due to heavy flooding and landslide brought about by intense rains from shear line; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, the Honorable City Mayor sought for the recall of the above-cited Resolution which request merited the support and concurrence of this august body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved recall and render ineffective Resolution No. 2023-0155, entitled: "A Resolution Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to Extend Relief Assistance to the Province of Misamis Occidental and the City of Ozamiz--a Local Government Unit Presently Under a State of Calamity due to Heavy Flooding and Landslide Brought about by Intense Rains from Shear Line".
