RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0226 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Accreditation of NGO's and PO's) "A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE MORAL RECOVERY PROGRAM-MOVEMENT FOR THE RESTORATION OF NATIONAL DISCIPLINE (MRP/MRND), PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OPERATING IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Moral Recovery Program-Movement for the Restoration of National Discipline (MRP/MRND), a non-government organization established and operating in the City of Pagadian, applied for accreditation with the City Government of Pagadian so as to enable the group to continue its partnership with the City Government in keeping the morals and ideologies in making the local government more reactive to the desires and objectives of the people; WHEREAS, the body, with reference to the initial evaluation conducted by the Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGO's & PO's, to which the foregoing matter was initially referred and the favorable recommendation contained in Committee Report No. 050, supports the application for accreditation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to accredit and recognize, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Moral Recovery Program-Movement for the restoration of National Discipline (MRP/MRND), Philippines Incorporated as a non-government organization operating in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Moral Recovery Program-Movement for the Restoration of National Discipline (MRP/MRND), through its President, Bishop Honorio B.
