RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0223 (Sponsor: Committee on Planning and Landed Estates) "A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF RAMONA LAND CORPORATION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL AND LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE (PALC) OF NAPOLAN VILLAGE SUBDIVISION PHASE 5 WITH HOUSING COMPONENT, INVOLVING LOT NO. 5911-B, PSD-09-086291, COVERED BY TCT NO. 131-2022000504, CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 39,235 SQUARE METERS, WITH 208 LOTS/UNITS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY NAPOLAN, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the Ramona Land Corporation has a pending application for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance of its Napolan Village Subdivision Phase 5 Project on Lot No. 5911-B, Psd-09-086291, covered by TCT No. 131-2022000504, containing a total area of 39,235 square meters, with 208 lots/units, located at Barangay Napolan, this city; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, through the Committee on Planning and Landed Estates, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to interpose no objection, as this body hereby interposes no objection to the application of Ramona Land Corporation for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of Napolan Village Subdivision Phase 5 with housing component, involving Lot No. 5911-B, Psd-09-086291, covered by TCT No. 131-2022000504, containing a total area of 39,235 square meters, with 208 lots/units, located at Barangay Napolan, this city, as herein specified, to wit: Owner : Ramona Land Corporation Lot No. : 5911-B, Psd-09-086291 Lot area : 39,235 Square Meters No. of Lots/Units : 208 RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Planning & Development Coordinator, this City; the Regional Director, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)-Regional Office IX; and the applicant, Ramona Land Corporation, all of this city, for their information and reference.
