RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0205 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 02, (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1) OF BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, THIS CITY, INVOLVING AN APPROPRIATION OF ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND (P105,000.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Buenavista enacted Appropriation Bill No. 02, (Supplemental Budget No. 1) involving the amount of One Hundred Five Thousand (P105,000.00) Pesos and submitted same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Bill No. 02, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve and declare as operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Bill No. 02, (Supplemental Budget No. 1) of Barangay Buenavista, this city, involving the total amount of One Hundred Five Thousand (P105,000.00) Pesos. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Buenavista, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
