Bajamunde, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION RECALLING RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0183 OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD AND RENDERING THE SAME INEFFECTIVE AND UNENFORCEABLE" WHEREAS, this body, during its 22nd Regular Session held on 18 January 2023, adopted Resolution No. 2023-0183, entitled: "A Resolution confirming the action of the Sangguniang Barangay of Lumbia, as enunciated in its Resolution No. 001, series of 2023, which, in gist, reenacted their Calendar Year 2022 Annual Budget as their Calendar Year 2023 Annual Budget in the total amount of Six Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand (P6,850,000.00) Pesos;" WHEREAS, in view of the provisions stipulated under Section 333 of R.A. 7160, the enactment of Resolution No. 2023-0183 is no longer necessary, thus, recalling such resolution and rendering the same ineffective and unenforceable is appropriate and in order; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to recall, as this body hereby recalls Resolution No. 2023-0183 of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and rendering the same ineffective and unenforceable.
