Revelo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2002-02-2023, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION (P150,000,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PAGADIAN CITY COLISEUM AT BARANGAY SANTA LUCIA, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough scrutiny and evaluation of the substance of Supplemental Budget No. 1, for Calendar Year 2023, of the City Government of Pagadian involving a total amount of One Hundred Fifty Million (P150,000,000.00) Pesos, finds the same imperative to address the priority project of the City Government which is the establishment and construction of the Pagadian City Coliseum at Barangay Santa Lucia, this city; WHEREAS, this body's legislative approval, as provided for under Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is necessary to effect its utilization and implementation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Supplemental Budget No. 01, for Calendar Year 2023, of the City Government of Pagadian and ordaining the same as Appropriation Ordinance No. 2002-02-2023, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum of One Hundred Fifty Million (P150,000,000.00) Pesos As Available For Appropriation Pursuant To The Certification Issued By The Local Finance Committee And Appropriating The Same Amount For The Construction Of Pagadian City Coliseum At Barangay Santa Lucia, This City."
