"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (SAIP) NO. 1, CALENDAR YEAR NO. 2023, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION (P150,000,000.00) PESOS AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL THROUGH ITS RESOLUTION NO. 2023-01"

WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this Sanggunian Resolution No. 2023-01 of the City Development Council Executive Committee, which, in gist, adopted Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 1 for CY-2023 of the City Government of Pagadian involving the amount of P150,000,000.00-the availability of which is to be taken from the proceeds of an approved loan with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP); 
WHEREAS, the loan was obtained by the City Government purposely to finance the construction of the Pagadian City Coliseum at Barangay Santa Lucia, this city; 
WHEREAS, such program, as cautiously deliberated and evaluated by this august body, has been found to be most urgent and relevant to the priority development programs of the City Government of Pagadian for the benefit of its constituents and adoption of the same is deemed in order; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it
RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 1, Calendar Year 2023, of the City Government of Pagadian involving the total amount of One Hundred Fifty Million (P150,000,000.00) Pesos as adopted by the City Development Council through its Resolution No. 2023-01, as specified hereunder:

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the City Development Council Executive Committee through the City Planning and Development Coordinator, in her capacity as Head of the CDC Secretariat; the Chairman of the Local Finance Committee; to the Honorable City Mayor, this City, for approval; to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for review.
