DANIEL AGAINST PUNONG BARANGAY ROLIE C. BALUDO, ET. AL., ALL OF BARANGAY BANALE, THIS CITY, AND THE VERIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT FILED BY BARANGAY KAGAWAD DIOSDADO A. UNO, ET. AL., AGAINST PUNONG BARANGAY ROEL A. AMBAN AND BARANGAY TREASURER EDITHA A. LUMPOC, ALL OF BARANGAY DEBOROK, THIS CITY, TO BE COMPOSED OF THE FOLLOWING, NAMELY: CHAIRMAN-HONORABLE RONALD CHRISTOPHER GLENN L. ARIOSA, IN HIS CAPACITY AS CHAIRPERSON OF THE SP COMMITTEE ON GOOD GOVERNMENT, ETHICS AND CIVIL SERVICE; AND MEMBERS-HONORABLE PATRISHA KAYE N. ASUGAS AND HONORABLE SAM TYRA F. CO; AND, IN EFFECT, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS. 2022-0112 AND 2022-0133" WHEREAS, this body received verified administrative complaint filed by a certain Jonie M. Daniel against Punong Barangay Rolie C. Baludo, et. al., of Barangay Banale, this city, for Oppression, Grave Misconduct, and Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of Service, Under Uniform Rules on Administrative Cases in Civil Service, and the verified administrative complaint filed by Barangay Kagawad Diosdado A. Uno, et. al., against Punong Barangay Roel A. Amban and Barangay Treasurer Editha A. Lumpoc, of Barangay Deborok, this city, for Grave Misconduct and Abuse of Authority, adopted Resolution No. 2022-0112; WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph (e), Section 6, Rule 3 of City Ordinance No. 2016-362, otherwise known as "An Ordinance Adopting the Rules of Procedures in the Conduct of Administrative Investigation Against Elective Barangay Officials, mandates the Chairman of the Committee on Good Government, Ethics and Civil Service to report to the Sanggunian the existence of the Complaint for the creation of the Ad Hoc committee of three who will take care of the preliminary investigation; WHEREAS, considering that the Committee on Good Government, Ethics & Civil Service was recently reorganized, there is thus a need to amend/rescind Resolution Nos. 2022-0112 and 2022-0133 and, thereby, reorganize the Ad Hoc Committee who shall conduct preliminary investigation of both administrative complaints; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to create, as this body hereby creates an Ad Hoc Committee for the purpose of conducting preliminary investigation on the verified administrative complaint filed by Mr. Jonie M. Daniel against Punong Barangay Rolie C. Baludo, et. al., all of Barangay Banale, this city, and the verified administrative complaint filed by Barangay Kagawad Diosdado A. Uno, et. al., against Punong Barangay Roel A. Amban and Barangay Treasurer Editha A. Lumpoc, all of Barangay Deborok, this city, with the following composition, to wit: Chairman : Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L.
