Bajamunde, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS VACANT ALL COMMITTEE CHAIRMANSHIP, VICE-CHAIRMANSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP OF THE DIFFREENT STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD (14TH CITY COUNCIL) OF PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, the Honorable Floor Leader presented to this august body the need to re-organize the Committee Chairmanship, Vice-Chairmanship and Membership for proper distribution of the members workloads and assignments and to come-up with the appropriate and on-time disposal of all referred matters; WHEREAS, the body, in support of the foregoing proposal and, as a proper procedure thereto, deems it appropriate and in order to declare all Committee Chairmanships, Vice-Chairmanships and Memberships of the different standing committees of the 14th City Council, as vacant; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares as vacant all Committee Chairmanship, Vice-Chairmanship and Membership of the different standing committees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (14th City Council) of Pagadian City.
