RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0181 (Sponsor: Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo) "A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO FOR BEING ADJUDGED AS TOP 12 FOR THE BEST PERFORMING PUBLIC OFFICIALS IN THE PHILIPPINES--TOP PERFORMING CITY MAYORS" WHEREAS, the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Incorporated (RPMD) Analytics Team--through the "Boses ng Bayan" Performance Evaluation Survey for the Year 2022, which was conducted during the period from November 27 to December 2, 2022--has successfully identified and declared the Best-Performing Public Officials in the Philippines; WHEREAS, in relation thereto, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co-who garnered Seventy-Five Percent (75%) Trust and Approval Ratings based on the afore-mentioned survey-was ranked 12th out of the 148 City Mayors in the entire country; WHEREAS, such marvelous accomplishment is an eloquent manifestation of the efforts and dedication of the Honorable City Mayor to effectively and efficiently provide better public service for the interest and welfare of the entire Pagadianons, hence, deserving of the people of Pagadian's congratulations and commendation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to congratulate and commend, as this body hereby congratulates and commends Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co for being adjudged as Top 12 for the Best Performing Public Officials in the Philippines--Top Performing City Mayors. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information and guidance. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
