RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0180 (Sponsor: Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo) "A RESOLUTION GRATEFULLY ACKNOWLEDGING THE EFFORTS AND RECOGNIZING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE WORKING AND SPECIAL COMMITTEES OF THE PASALAMAT FESTIVAL 2023 CELEBRATION FOR A JOB WELL DONE" WHEREAS, notwithstanding the incessant threat of the COVID-19, the Pasalamat Festival 2023-an annual event in honor of the city's Patron Saint, Senor Santo Nino-has been, by and large, conducted successfully, peacefully and effectively; WHEREAS, the prominent staging of such crowd-drawing activities may not have happened without the no-nonsense effort, commitment and excellent coordination demonstrated by and among the different Working and Special committees working hand in hand; WHEREAS, such exemplary accomplishment is worthy of acknowledgment and deserving of this body's recognition and commendation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to gratefully acknowledge, as this body hereby gratefully acknowledges the effort and recognizes the performance of the Working and Special Committees of the Pasalamat Festival 2023 celebration for a job well done. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, for his information; to the different Working and Special Committees-2023 Pasalamat Festival-through their respective Chairpersons; and to the OIC-City Tourism Officer, with a request for assistance in dissemination.
