RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0174 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accrediting of POs and NGOs) " A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE AURORA INTEGRATED MULTI PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (AIMCOOP)-PAGADIAN BRANCH, AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION (NGO) EXISTING AND OPERATING IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS the Aurora Integrated Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AIMCOOP)-Pagadian Branch, a duly structured and registered with the Cooperative Development Authority, tendered its application for accreditation with the City Government of Pagadian pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as "The Local Government Code Of 1991;" WHEREAS, the Committee on Education, Science, Technology and Accreditation of POs and NGOs, to which the application was referred for initial consideration, has favorably recommended the body's approval thereof after finding that the applicant has met the eligibility requirements under existing laws and ordinances, which recommendation is supported by this body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to accredit and recognize, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Aurora Integrated Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AIMCOOP)-Pagadian Branch, as a Non-Government Organization (NGO) existing and operating in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; to the DILG through the City Local Government Operations Officer, Mr. Farouk M. Escobar; and to the Aurora Integrated Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AIMCOOP)-Pagadian Branch, through its Branch Manager, Ms. Carmen E.
