RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0169 (Sponsor: Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CY 2023 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN" WHEREAS, among the specific plans and projects attached to the CY 2023 Annual Investment Plan is the indicative Annual Procurement Plan for the various needs and requirements of the different departments and/or offices of the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, after thorough evaluation and consideration of the said Annual Procurement Plan, it was found out to be most responsive and practically addresses the needs of the different offices of the city government, thus this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the Annual Procurement Plan of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2023 in accordance with the CY 2023 Annual Investment Plan. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
