RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0163 (Sponsor: Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2023 LIST OF PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES TO COMBAT ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME (AIDS) IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (P200,000.00) PESOS, AS ADOPTED AND INCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023 AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE CY-2023 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted the Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2023 involving the total amount of P200,000,000.00, which included, among others, the list of plans, programs and activities to Combat Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS); WHEREAS, the body, after thorough, and in compliance with the requirement set by the reviewing body for the passage of a specific action on the same, deems it appropriate and in order to approve and adopt the Calendar Year 2023 list of plans, programs and activities to Combat Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome in the total amount of P200,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts the CY-2023 list of plans, programs and activities to Combat Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) in the total amount of Two Hundred Thousand (P200,000.00) Pesos, as adopted and included under the Local Expenditure Program of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2023 and itemized/detailed in the CY-2023 Annual Investment Plan (AIP). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
