"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 113 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-517, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES THAT SHALL ADMINISTER THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC CEMETERY FOR MUSLIM LOCATED IN ITS COMPONENT BARANGAYS"
WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 113, authored by Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, has been thoroughly considered on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicality, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; 
WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia,, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 113 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-517, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Policies and Guidelines that shall Administer the operation and maintenance of Public Cemetery for Muslim Located in its Component Barangays".
