RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1671 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising; and Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 111, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLE-FOR-HIRE ALLOWED TO OPERATE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY FROM THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (3,500) UNITS TO FOUR THOUSAND (4,000) UNITS, AND THEREBY, AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-432," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 111 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 111, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for an Increase in the Number of Motorized Tricycle-for-Hire Allowed to Operate within the Jurisdiction of Pagadian City from Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) Units to Four Thousand (4,000) Units, and thereby, Amending City Ordinance No. 2019-432," and for its consideration on Third Reading".
