RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1669 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance & Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 021, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF TWENTY-FOUR MILLION (P24,000,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 021 on Second Reading as sponsored by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, this body deems the draft sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Appropriation Ordinance No. 021, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum Of Twenty-Four Million (P24,000,000.00) Pesos As Available For Appropriation Pursuant To The Certification Issued By The Local Finance Committee And Appropriating The Same Amount For Specified Priority Programs, Projects And Expenditures Of The City Government Of Pagadian," on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third Reading."
