RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1667 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance & Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT, APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 03, S. 2022, (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2) OF BARANGAY LENIENZA, THIS CITY, INVOLVING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND (P65,000.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lenienza enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, s. 2022, (Supplemental Budget No. 2) involving the amount of Sixty-Five Thousand (P65,000.00) Pesos and submitted same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares as operative and in full force and effect, Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, s. 2022, (Supplemental Budget No. 2) of Barangay Lenienza, this city, involving the total amount of Sixty-Five Thousand (P65,000.00) Pesos. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Lenienza, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
