"A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 4, RULE III OF RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0011 WHICH, IN GIST, ADOPTED AND ESTABLISHED THE INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURES OF THE 13TH CITY COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN CITY, AS HEREUNDER SPECIFIED"

WHEREAS, this august body, during its 2nd Regular Session held on 09 July 2019, adopted Resolution No. 2019-0001 which, in gist, adopted and established the Internal Rules of Procedure of the 13th City Council of Pagadian city, thereby, in effect, modifying Resolution No. 2019-0001;

WHEREAS, after careful evaluation and assessment, this august body finds it necessary to amend Section 4 of Rule III thereof; which shall now be read as follows, to wit: 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it

RESOLVED to amend, as this body hereby amends Section 4, Rule III of Resolution No. 2019-0011 which, in gist, adopted and established the Internal Rules of Procedures of the 13th City Council of Pagadian City, which shall now be read as follows, to wit:
"SECTION 4. ATTIRE. - All members shall wear the following attire: Barong Tagalog (long-sleeved) for the gentlemen and Business Suits or Best Sunday Dress for the ladies during the 1st Wednesday session of each month; and Polo Barong (short-sleeved) for gentlemen and Business Suits or Best Sunday Dress for ladies during the succeeding regular sessions and for special sessions.

Members not in proper dress code will be subjected to penalties and shall, therefore, be meted a fine of an amount to be determined by the concerned council members within their term of office."
