Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CHANGE OF PROJECT TITLE FOR PROJECT NO. 1SAIP22-9000-D11 IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (SAIP) NO. 1 FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022, FROM "27 UNITS-TROLLEY SPEAKERS 23" TO "27 UNITS-TROLLEY SPEAKERS 12"" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor endorsed to this Sanggunian the letter-request from the City Planning and Development Coordinator for the change of the Project Title for Project No. 1SAIP22-9000-D11 in the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 1 for Calendar Year 2022, from "27 Units-Trolley Speakers 23"" to "27 Units-Trolley Speakers 12;" WHEREAS, the request was made after it was found out that the size of the trolley speakers was erroneously entered in the Calendar Year 2022 Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 1 as 23 inches instead of 12 inches, such that this body, after careful perusal and evaluation of the foregoing matter, deems it prim and proper to rectify the same, thus approving the change of the project title is most appropriate at this prevailing circumstance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the change of Project Title for Project No. 1SAIP22-9000-D11 in the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 1 for Calendar Year 2022, from "27 Units-Trolley Speakers 23" to "27 Units-Trolley Speakers 12." RESOLVED FURTHER to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Planning & Development Coordinator, the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information, reference and/or appropriate action.
