RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1648 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Health & Social Services and Committee on Finance & Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 109, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND OPERATING THE PAGADIAN CITY DIALYSIS CLINIC LOCATED AT THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE BUILDING, CITY HALL COMPLEX, GATAS DISTRICT, PAGADIAN CITY, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 109 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 109, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing and Operating the Pagadian City Dialysis Clinic located at the City Health Office Building, City Hall Complex, Gatas District, Pagadian City, Appropriating Funds therefor, and for other purposes," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
